What this portal does

CookieSensei Jobs connects employers and CookieSensei graduates through reviewed project evidence, role applications and consent-based introductions. Employer access is free. This is not a placement service or a promise of employment, salary or interviews.

Show work honestly

Only claim your own contributions. Credit collaborators. Submit source or demonstration evidence and only label technologies actually used. CookieSensei completion and project evidence need administrative review before a profile appears in the graduate directory. Review is a point-in-time check, not a guarantee of expertise or future performance.

Employers are not automatically verified

Employer details are self-reported and not independently verified. Listing approval is not employer verification. Never pay a fee to apply or to secure a job.

Use your own judgment, research the company and obtain written terms before accepting an opportunity. Report misleading jobs, requests for money, abuse or impersonation through Contact with the listing URL. Do not include private login tokens or sensitive identity documents.

You control public visibility

Candidate profiles start unpublished. After your consent and review, your name, biography, city, LinkedIn link and approved projects are public. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential code. A LinkedIn link is supplied by the candidate; it is not independently verified.

Your account email is not public. Applying explicitly shares it with that role’s employer. Accepting an introduction shares it with that employer and reveals the employer contact email to you. Withdraw/decline or hide your profile to stop further sharing through the portal. A recipient may already have copied information; hiding cannot recall those copies. Third-party links have their own privacy practices.

Account boundaries and retention

Jobs uses its own email-link session. It does not create a paid enrollment or grant course, community or admin access. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes; sessions expire after 30 days or sign-out. Essential cookies and hashed abuse-prevention identifiers help protect accounts and limit spam.

Removed projects, closed jobs, applications and moderation history are retained for administration and disputes rather than silently erased. Contact CookieSensei for account/data requests. Login/session expiry records are cleaned by the site operator. No public email addresses, uploaded resumes or identity documents are required.

Moderation and communication

All company listings, jobs, profiles and projects are reviewed before publication. Administrators can remove misleading content or suspend Jobs accounts. Profile and project edits require fresh review. Introductions and applications appear in dashboards; this release does not send event notification emails. Check your dashboard regularly.
