Before you register

Review our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Recording Policy, together with the schedule, price and inclusions for your chosen service.

Services are delivered online or at the stated workshop venue. There is no physical shipping unless expressly included in an offer. Questions about access, payments, cancellations and refunds can all be sent to the company contact below.

Raise a grievance

Email ashish@cookiesensei.com with “CookieSensei grievance” in the subject. Explain the issue and the outcome you are seeking, and include your registration or transaction reference or the relevant page/post link. You may also use our published telephone number or contact page.

For consumer complaints, we will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and address the complaint within one month of receipt, in accordance with applicable requirements. Keep a copy of your complaint and our replies. We may need relevant details to investigate, but never ask for your password, UPI PIN or private sign-in link.

For a privacy request or Community/Jobs moderation appeal, identify the affected account or contribution. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or disputes; we will explain relevant limits in our response.

If the matter remains unresolved, you may approach the appropriate consumer commission, court or other competent authority. You can also contact India’s National Consumer Helpline. Our process does not limit your statutory remedies.

Company and payment records

The brand name CookieSensei may appear alongside the company’s legal name on service communications. Contact us if a payment page, receipt or merchant name appears inconsistent before proceeding. A company registration does not itself represent charitable status, educational accreditation or eligibility for a tax deduction.
