CookieSensei is a brand of CookieSensei Labs Private Limited, an Indian private limited company. These terms govern cookiesensei.com and the CookieSensei learning services we provide. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the company.

Read these terms with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Recording Policy and the specific service description or offer shown before you register or pay.

1. Using our services

By choosing to register for or use a service, you agree to the terms applicable to it. Provide accurate details, keep sign-in links and credentials private, and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. If you are under 18, involve a parent or legal guardian and contact us about eligibility and any required consent before registration, payment or public posting.

2. Free learning and paid guidance

Published free lessons can be accessed without payment. Optional workshops and guided programs may have a fee. The Personal Growth Cohort is a four-month guided learning program with a small group and individual feedback; it is not a promise of one-to-one tuition. Your published batch or written offer describes the schedule, inclusions, eligibility and access period.

Education does not guarantee a job, interview, salary, income, funding, business success or a particular learning outcome. Any certificate is evidence of the learning activity described, not a claim of a government-recognized qualification unless expressly stated.

3. Registration, fees and payment

Review the service, total payable amount, applicable tax information, dates and refund terms before paying. Online checkout uses Cashfree Payments. Offline payments should be made only through arrangements expressly confirmed by us. Payment-provider terms also apply.

A registration, application or checkout redirect alone does not prove successful payment or admission. Confirmation depends on verification and the applicable eligibility or approval process. Keep your registration and payment references.

Scholarships depend on the communicated eligibility and approval terms. Agreed installments are separate payments on the stated schedule; they are not automatic debits or bank EMI. Your private offer or account shows the fee, verified receipts and outstanding balance. A 100% scholarship does not create a paid receipt.

4. Service delivery and access

Our learning services are delivered digitally or at the venue described for a workshop. No physical shipping is included unless an offer expressly says so. Joining instructions and access are provided through the relevant website account, event page or service email, subject to confirmed eligibility and payment where required. Contact us if access is missing.

Cloud Labs are educational development environments. Access, resource limits and duration depend on your workshop or program. Keep independent copies of your work. We may restrict use reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, impersonate others, harass people, spam, commit fraud or misuse someone else’s personal information.
• Do not distribute malware, bypass access controls, obtain unauthorized access, abuse compute resources or disrupt our services.
• Only test security against systems you have explicit permission to test.
• Do not share another learner’s private recordings, sign-in links, workspaces or confidential work without permission.

6. Your work and public contributions

You retain rights in your original work. You give us the permission reasonably needed to host, process and display work you submit for the feature you choose, such as sharing an approved Community post or graduate profile. This does not transfer ownership to us or authorize unrelated marketing use.

Only submit material you have the right to use. Public posts and profiles can be copied by others. The Community guidelines and Jobs guidelines explain publication, moderation, contact sharing and removal. Employer and candidate review is not a guarantee of identity, competence, hiring or performance. Verify an opportunity and agree its terms directly.

7. Learning materials and third-party tools

CookieSensei branding and original materials remain with their respective rights holders. Specific open licences or reuse permissions supplied with learning materials continue to apply. The published free syllabus permits personal and commercial reuse and distribution with credit to CookieSensei as the original owner and creator, as explained on Learn. Third-party material remains subject to its own licence.

GitHub, payment providers and other independently operated services have their own terms. Review AI-generated code or advice before relying on it; it can contain errors, unsafe code or licensing issues.

8. Recordings

Recordings support short-term revision. Available recordings expire after seven days under the Recording Policy. Read session notices before using your microphone, camera or screen share. Authorized downloads are for your personal learning and must respect the privacy and rights of everyone involved.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Paid workshop registrations are ordinarily non-refundable for a learner’s change of mind. The four-month Personal Growth Cohort retains a refund-request period of seven calendar days from the program start date. The Refund Policy explains requests, cancellations, duplicate payments and rights when a paid service is not delivered as agreed.

No policy excludes a refund or other remedy required by law. Contact us promptly if a paid service is cancelled, materially changed or unavailable.

10. Availability and changes

Maintenance, technical faults and provider outages can interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve learning materials and features, but changes do not remove an existing paid commitment or mandatory consumer remedy. We will communicate material changes affecting a booked service.

Updates to these terms apply from their stated update date, subject to any notice or agreement required by law. They do not retrospectively remove an accrued refund right or change a confirmed price.

11. Suspension and disputes

We may reasonably suspend or end access for a material breach, security risk or legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to raise a concern. You can contact us about a moderation decision, suspended account, payment or service complaint through our grievance process.

12. Responsibility and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to deficient services or unlawful conduct.

Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. You retain the right to approach a competent consumer commission, court or authority; this policy does not impose an exclusive city or mandatory private arbitration.
